Visits are by prior arrangement only, please give us a call to arrange an appointment, we can usually accommodate these daily but due to work schedules we cannot accept unarranged visits.
When can I drop off and collect my vehicle?
Drop off and collection of vehicles must be during business hours Monday – Friday. If this is not possible we have a secure key box in place that is monitored by CCTV for customers to drop off their vehicles and place the keys in the key box, this must be previously arranged and customers do so at their own risk.
How long do I need to leave my vehicle for a detail?
We always try our best to make sure you are without your vehicle for the least time possible. We pride ourselves in time management and efficiency, making sure we deliver the best service possible, not only in our work but in the overall service.
Do you have a list of prices for your detailing packages?
Our list of detailing packages, optional extras and guide prices are all listed on our website. Please note prices will vary slightly depending on vehicle condition and model.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
A 25% deposit of your selected detailing package is required to secure a booking. A deposit must be paid within 48 hours of your booking. Failing to pay this will result in your booking being removed from our system and a new booking will be required. Deposits are to secure the date agreed and are non-refundable if cancelled with less than 3 weeks notice.
How can I pay?
Payment methods accepted are cash or bank transfer. Card payment is available upon collection however there is a 1.7% fee per transaction.
What is your availability?
We require pre-booking for your desired detailing package. Availability can vary but on average we have a lead time of around 5-6 weeks. We also offer a cancellation service, if you have made a booking but would like a sooner date you will be added to our cancellation list and if a sooner date becomes available we will contact you to offer you this appointment.
How do I maintain my vehicle afterwards?
Once we have completed work on your vehicle, we supply you with a step by step guide to help assist you with your maintenance routine. We also offer an online training programme that can be viewed via our website 24/7. This programme will ensure you use the correct procedures and chemicals to maintain your vehicle to the highest standard. More details are available on our website.
Do you sell maintenance products?
Yes, we stock some of our favourite maintenance products to keep your vehicle looking its best for as long as possible and ensure the correct chemicals are used to maintain the protection your vehicle has received.
What products do you use?
We have been detailing cars for over 10 years, and in this time have worked with and used hundreds of brands. We use only selected tested and trusted brands on your vehicle and chose only the very best for your vehicle. Our top priority is using premium products, not the best value for money products.
What are ceramic coatings?
A ceramic coating is a liquid polymer that when hand-applied, chemically bonds to the surface. Ceramic coatings protect the surface from chemical and UV degradation as well as offering a level of scratch resistance. Ceramic Coatings offer by far the most protection for your vehicle, increasing both the hardness and self-cleaning ability of the surface.
